

Responsibilities:
· Conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of PIA compliance standards
· Ensure field teams are undertaking every effort to remain compliant
· Maintain accurate and complete record of compliance assessments and follow the notification process to alert appropriate parties where compliance is not met
· Assist with training and supporting operatives
· Work closely with the build teams to ensure a safe working environment
· Support wider PIA team by providing field support; check and validate queries; and take photos
· Manage the as-built process, working with relevant parties to ensure timely submission
· Assist to manage the various handover stages with each programme’s quality journey
· Support the development of processes, workflows and efficiency improvements
· General Administration duties
What We Need From You:
-
Previous experience in telecoms
-
Good understanding of Quality and Compliance policies
-
Experience implementing processes and policies (designing policies is desirable)

Demonstrable experience of auditing, including identifying unsafe working practices and coaching in best practice
-
Driven and able to work autonomously with high level of attention to detail
-
Competent or advanced competency with Microsoft Office applications
-
Excellent communication skills across all levels
-
Excellent organisation and time management skills
-
PIA and GIS experience are desirable
