HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Duties will include:

  • Reporting into the HR Director, duties will include:

  • Recruitment:

  • Drafting job descriptions

  • Advertising across job boards, company website

  • Collating CVs / applications and shortlisting with hiring manager

  • Arranging and conducting interviews

  • Sending offer letters

  • Drafting contracts

  • Updating systems

  • Onboarding:

  • Organising new starts for induction

  • Carrying out HR induction

  • Updating relevant departments for new start equipment

  • Administration – ensuring systems are kept updated, equality commission reports are returned, handling employee queries in a timely manner and providing KPI information and reports to the HR Director

  • Employee Engagement – coming up with and implementing best in class strategies and initiatives to optimise employee engagement.

  • Training and Development – assisting with updating training records and maintaining databases

  • Assisting managers with queries

  • Supporting with employee initiatives and social media

  • As the role and department evolves, there will be more scope for the successful candidate to be involved in employee relations

You will be expected to:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

  • A strong team player with initiative, strong organisation and communication skills and the desire to succeed

  • Ability to work unsupervised with a commercial approach

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Highly confidential
